The Ascend EasyPlotter is easier to handle in the cockpit than fullsize plotters, and its design helps a pilot to picture the process of diverting to another airport while en route. The four sides of the plotter are Nautical Mile rulers – 30NM per side, and every hashmark measurement on the inside is a Nautical Mile. The large outer circle is the 20NM diameter of Class C Airspace.
